    Angle Adjuster Install Question

    Do I get the seat tight along the belt path BEFORE I put the angle adjuster under the RXT? I watched a Diono brand youtube video and the lady just says to make sure it's tight after.... Will it make a difference in the install if I make it tight ahead of time and just double check after?
