Xtsl wings slipping

DS is almost 4,rfing in an xtsl. The wings slip down all the time a cause him to slouch. I talked to Diono in the fall and they said to try and tighten the bolts, if that didn't work the would send a replacement part. I just tightened them some more as they are still slipping down some. Anyone have luck tightening or with a replacement part ( not sure which part they'd replace)? I am not hopeful the tightening will help much.

The tightening actually worked perfectly for my XTSL. It did't do anything for my XT which is several years older than the XTSL.
Diono sent me replacement headwings w/ a 1 pg instruction sheet for changing them over. The headwings they send DO NOT come with hardware so be sure to keep the nuts & bolts from the original headwings. It was super easy to take the headwings off and it looks like it will be just as easy to get the new ones on. That said, both the RadianXT and it's new wings have been sitting on the couch in my den for three weeks now waiting for me to get around to doing it.
If you have a power drill with a bolt attachment, I highly recommend using that. I couldn't get the XTSL wings tight enough by hand and I couldn't get the XT wings off by hand either. My DH may have been able to do so but the power drill was there and he was at work :)
