Question Will these seats work for 3 across?

Hi there, I have 3 kids of my own:
Oldest will be 6 in May, about 48lbs, 45-46" tall (currently in Evenflo Big Kid expires 2016)
Second is 3yrs old, 32lbs, 37" (currently FF in Safety 1st All-In-One expires 2018)
Baby is 7.5 months about 17lbs she was 25" at 6months (currently RF in Graco Readyride expires 2020)
I will also be babysitting a sibling couple
2.5yrs old, very small
Baby is due in Oct, will be 3 months old when I start watching him/her.
My vehicle is a 2003 Ford Windstar, second row is two captain chairs, third row bench 48.7" hiproom.

I am going to need to do 3 across in the bench, and I know it will be very hard, but I will try to make it work.
I am looking to buy the Safety 1st Guide 65 and the Harmony Defender.
I am going to put my oldest back harnessed in the Harmony Defender, put my second back RF in the Guide, and put the 2 yr old in his current Safety 1st and I recommended the Graco Snugride Classic Connect 30 to the parents for the new baby.
Even though I know the current booster for my oldest is skinnier than the Defender, I figured it would be easier to have the seat already installed and we won't have to break our hands trying to get her buckled in and out of the booster since the harness is easier, and I don't feel comfortable prebuckling the belt and having her slide in and out because it will loosen or tighten when she's not in it and seems like a hassle, honestly.
I have tried the booster, the readyride, and a baby trend flex loc in the back and if it weren't for the wide part at the handle attachment of the baby trend they would have JUST fit, and I see that the Guide 65 is 2" skinnier than the Readyride, so I am hoping that works. Any input or advice is much needed. I am spending less than $200.00 on both seats, so if there are any other options in that price range that I have not considered, please let me know!! Thank you.
