Which tallback booster in sienna 2011 middle 3rd row?

I have 4 kids and a handful of seats. I have been watching an extra baby (who's infant carrier I usually buckle in the middle of the 3rd row. However lately I realize I no longer have the energy to "love" getting the infant carrier in and out of the 3rd row. My 9.5 year olds regent expires this week and he is getting a booster for Christmas. I would like to get him the sunshine kids Monterey, the Recaro pro booster or possibly the Britax parkway. He has trouble sitting in position, so I want a tallback and preferably one w deep head rest sides. He is on the top position of the regent but not outgrown. He weighs 72 #.

His usual spot will be passenger 2nd row. My middle girls are in the 3rd row in radians. 46# 6yrs ff radian passenger and 30# 4yrs rfing radian driver side.

I would like to be able to move my 9yr olds booster to the empty spot 3rd row center when I need to transport extra baby. But when I don't have extra baby I like having the girls separated. :0 hence I need the booster to fit middle 3rd row.

Those who have dealt with the sienna's 3rd row middle are familiar with its narrow belt path. I have a ton of space back there between the radians but can not fit the graco turbo tallback we have for a spare seat, because it "sits on" the belt and buckle. Someone posted that they fit a britax frontier in this position, but that might be overspending for booster use and over-doing it harness wise for my 72# 9.5 year old ;) If I wanted to choose daily whether to use it as a harness or booster, is it "legal" to use it in booster mode w the harness in it?

Thanks for the help!!

Looks like we might trade in for a Honda oddy 2014 or 13. I went to see it and it really has 5 full latch and a 6th tether hook!! Not to mention pocket key entry and back up camera!! Wowzer!!
