Tried booster w/son with Asperger's/ADHD - didn't go well

My son is 9.5, and rides in a SafeGuard Child Seat. He will be outgrowing the highest harness slot soon. Due to having an unexpected guest for a week, I trialed him in a Graco Turbobooster and by the end of the week he was constantly moving around, leaning forward, etc.

Are there any seats with harnesses to fit him for another year or so? He's about 54" tall with a long torso. I *was* planning on getting him a Britax booster. His twin sister is in a Frontier and is about to switch to booster mode.

Does he fit in his sister's Frontier? I thought that was the tallest harness seat. What about giving him that and getting his sister a booster? I think the only other option would be an RSTV or 86Y harness.

That, or a special needs seat. I'd keep practicing with the booster though.

Maybe try a booster with deeper side wings like the recaros or the diono monterey. I believe the frontier85's harness is an inch taller than the safeguard's. Otherwise, there are special needs seats. The roosevelt is really tall.

I've often found my Asperger's students are good about following the rules. Can he read? If not do a pic symbol of the rules, if he can then I'd write out the rules and w/ the seat that has deeper sides, see if that helps.

Otherwise, what about a RSTV, is there a special needs version w/ higher weight/height limit you can get?
