Question Talk to me about the QX - RFing ?'s...

So, I think we just bought an Infiniti QX!! I am still in shock. Well, we put down the deposit today. Still have to wait and see if he can get the one I want, and go and finalize everything. We hope to have it by the end of the year.

It is a 2012, Infiniti QX with the bench seat, so the 8 passenger version, with theater package. Right now, in my '02 Highlander I have DD (4 yo) FF in her Radian, and DS (23 months) RFing in a Britax BLVD. He is TINY. I don't plan to turn him in the near future.

I checked Snugkids, which is Infiniti's car seat compatibility guide, and neither seat was on it. I am a little worried about that, but trying to console myself that those are slightly older seats, so maybe they just didn't test them?

Does anyone know how these seats install in this car? I think that occasionally I might need to move DD to the third row, but for the most part, I plan to put DD on the drivers side and DS on the passenger side both in the second row.

I especially want to know how the Britax is tethered RFing in that car?

OMG, I am soooooooo excited. I even got to have the color I wanted.

Snug kids is supposed to be helpful, but I find it does not represent what fits. In our case (jx), all seats I've tried fit, but might not install at the angle required without careful effort. In our Infiniti, the blvd is at just 30*. And it took effort. Similarly, it was not listed on snug kids. Their LATCH connectors are also kind of high, so I find that a lot of seats might have trouble LATCH -wise. (they install on top of the latches).
I'm guessing both seats will be fine, but may not be easy. Or they may work beautifully with seatbelt, but not LATCH
