Question Symphony vs Momentum vs Triumph

I am new here, please forgive me if I am leaving out any important details :)

I am trying to decide on which Evenflo seat to get for my daughter (now almost 5 months old, not quite 13 pounds, 23 inches - about 15th percentile for weight, 4th percentile for height). She is currently in a Chicco Keyfit30 and still has plenty of room in that seat, harness is still in the bottom slot. The only reason we are getting a convertible seat now is because I have a large product credit with Evenflo which needs to be used in the next 2 weeks and a convertible seat is the only item they sell that we need.

I drive a 2012 Chrysler Town & Country, this seat will be tethered in a captains chair in the 2nd row. I would like to keep her rear facing for as long as possible, at least until 2 years old but hopefully more like 3 years. A few people have told me to stay away from the Symphony because of the restrictions with the head rest and rear facing but I wonder how much it will really effect us since DD is pretty tiny? On the other hand a friends husband is a tech and he recommended the Symphony over the others.

I have also heard of others having problems with these seats forward facing in the town and country, I realize that is a long ways off but I would hate to have to buy another seat in a few years unless we really have to.

Suggestions?

I personally like the triumph. The momentum seems soooo bulky in comparison. My daughter rides in a momentum in her nurse's car and it works better for her since it provides more support (she cannot sit up on her own), but for a typical child I don't feel it's necessary and may even be too snug of a fit when they are older. I do prefer the LATCH connectors and harness adjuster on the momentum better.

I don't know much about the symphony, except for the height restriction issues forward facing. Even for petite kids I tend to lean towards seats with higher weight and height limits because you just never know! Sometimes they end up bigger than you'd think, or sometimes parents realize they really aren't ready to turn forward or move to a booster at the age they thought they would.

I don't know anything about fit issues in your van...hopefully someone else will chime in about that.
