We are expecting #3 in Jan.
We have an onBoard 35 (not Air) with 2 bases. Its a 2010 model, bought new for #2)
Is it a good seat? Should i look for something better? Its been a while since Ive looked into infant seats.. Ive been focused on convertibles and combo/boosters with my 2 older kids currently.

Im a big Britax & Diono fan... I feel like maybe the onBoard might be not as great as some?
Or am I just itching to shop?

Do you use the infant seat for a long time or switch pretty early to a convertible? Either way, if you want a new seat, I won't stop you from getting one! But if you use it for a pretty short amount of time, I'd just stick with what you have unless you hated it. Seats all pass the same standards and will protect in an accident. From what I remember, the inboard seems like a decent seat.

It depends really. With our first 2, they were in their infant seat for about 12 months before we could purchase a convertible.
This time $ isnt a huge issue.
I just dont want to short change this baby ;)

I also cannot find any reviews on the onBoard 35.. Only reviews on the onBoard 35 Air.

If you like it and it works for you, keep using it. Unless of course you are just itching to buy a new one ;) I just got two OnBoard 35s for my friend expecting twins- it seems like a great seat to me!

the onboard35 is a great long lasting seat, I would use it again. It fits small and big babies well which is a big plus

The Onboard35 is a fine seat. There's no reason you "should" shop for a new infant seat, and you won't be "shortchanging this baby" by putting her/him in a safe seat that you already own.

You don't need reviews -- you've used the seat and you know if you like it or not. Reviews are meant to help people decide whether to buy a seat or not.
