Radiian Headwings

For the life of me, I just can't seem to move the headwings all the way up? I've looked youtube videos on how to do it, yet they seem to not want to budge. My son is on the 2nd slot so I need for the headwings to move up and right now they're at the bottom. Can someone please give me some tips on how to move them up? thanks

Are you pulling the head wings themselves or reaching in at the base of them where the sliding mechanism is? I find reaching in is much easier then just reefing on the wings. Otherwise if they still won't budge, call Diono. I recall them giving directions to people before to slightly loosen a screw that should help them move better.

I've reach in the back and almost killed one of my fingers trying to push them up. I'll definitely call Diono and get it situated. Thanks

To get the wings to the top position on DS's radian I had to put my foot in the seat and yank up with all my might. That was my cardio workout for the day. :p Make sure you're pulling both sides up evenly. If its crooked it won't move up.
