I have a Radian XT (2008 model). I am using it with my just turned 5 year old son. This has been our second car seat and since September he has been using it in his Grandpa's car for the school run. He is only 38 lbs so I am intent on keeping him harnessed as long as possible.
I checked his position in the seat (just to make sure it was still OK as I don't get to see it every day) and realized very shortly we are going to have to move the harness to the top most slots. However, when I tested the harness in the top slot and then move the head wings into the correct position, the wings are covering the harness straps.
I have no idea if it is OK to use that way or if the headwings have to be completely clear of the harness (which would seem to make more sense).
I have double checked the manual and there is no answer there. I tried contacting DIONO and they have ignored that question each time I ask it. (Their customer service is terrible)
