Question Radian XT DOM sticker

Friend has a Radian XT. Date of manufacture sticker came off with a sticker underneath with an older DOM.

I contacted someone at Sunshine Kids and they are saying it is because the seat was made but was probably waiting on parts so new sticker was added when seat was finished being made and to go by the newer DOM (top sticker). She has two seats like this.

Does this seem strange? I have attached a picture.

Meh. It doesn't freak me out. I've heard of seats getting new DOM stickers when a recall fix was applied at the store before the seat was sold. It's 19 days different. If she is all that concerned about it, she could go by the bottom (older) DOM for expiration. I don't think it is enough of a difference to actually matter.

Now, if it was different by a year or more, I'd hesitate.
