DD2's Radian RXT arrived today and I am doing some preliminary setup of the seat in my living room before I fit her in it when she gets home. I am having an impossible time adjusting the headrest. The thing just does not budge. I know what I am supposed to do and have even watched a YouTube video but I just can't get. I am sweating in my 60 degree house and my hands are raw. I can get one side to move slightly at best. Now I have an uneven head rest that isn't in the position it's supposed to be for a toddler my DD's size. Is there some trick to moving this thing that I am not aware of? Anyone else have a hard time moving the Radian head rest?
UPDATE: I guess all I needed to do was complain because right after I posted I went downstairs and tried again; it moved right up. No idea what I was doing wrong before! Thanks for listening.
