Parkway SGL issue?

I have a brand new Parkway SGL. I was leaning across it yesterday to get my jacket from the 3rd row. I didn't put much pressure on it at all. But the headrest clicked down  I tried to raise it up, and it was jammed. I had to push it all the way down 9with my hand on the top of the headrest- not how you're supposed to do it) to get it unjammed and to be able to adjust it properly. I then did this a few more times to see if it was a fluke. It's not falling on it's own (yet). Is this a concern? I will be calling Britax soon, but was wondering if anyone else had issues with it too.

Weird! I don't know that I've reached over mine yet, and I only have adjusted it a couple of times when big sis rode in it one day, but no I have not had that problem at all. My issue with it is where the belt guides sit in relation to the top of the captain's chair in my Odyssey. It's pretty tough to pull the belt through. But I'm hoping that will be remedied as I can move the headrest up. Grow Evelyn grow lol!!

I've been trying ALOT of boosters lately. And I've found that many of them give me that shoulder belt problem in my Sienna. But not the PWSGL. I think it's on the 2nd from bottom position.
