how do you prevent head droop? she doesnt have it all the time, but when she does I can tell her neck hirts when she gets up .

I don't have any experience with that one.

I will say that if it's a new seat and your child is moving from a convertible that's more reclined it's probably just an adjustment period. When my DS moved from a FF Marathon to the Frontier (harnessed) he had terrible head slump for a few weeks, and he fell asleep often. After he got used to needing to adjust where his head rested he didn't have the problem anymore.

I'll add that as long as the harness is snug there's not a safety concern for head slumping except for newborns.
