Issue with my Frontier versa strap

Hi everyone, I just took the cover off my frontier to wash it and noticed that on one side the versa tether has come right out of the do not remove sticker. It hasn't been in any accidents and I just noticed it now it was maufactured July 2009 so isn't expired either.

Any idea why this may have happened? I can still use it right?

Is the red stitching exposed? I know if the red stitching has come out you can't use the seat. If not, I'd at least give Britax a call before using it.

The stitching is all intact just the one side is out of the sticker. The sticker is also not ripped or damaged in anyway.
