How to install a rear facing car seat in a 2006 F-250 Crew Cab

Daughter, son-in-law, and grandson coming for a visit... need to install their rear facing car seat in my 2006 F-250 Crew Cab truck... any advice or do I run out and rent a car? HELP????

You can install in either outboard seat using the latch strap attached to the car seat, or in any rear seat with the seat belt. Latch isn't allowed in the center. Assuming one of the parents is familiar with how to install the car seat, you shouldn't have any trouble.
