Re: How long does Coccoro typically last?

For smaller to average sized kids it lasts between 2-3 years. My 27lb, 26 month old has about 1.5 inches before outgrowing it he is in the 26% for height with a head in the 95%! It definitely has a learning curve, it took me about 4 or 5 times to get down how to install it but now i can in under 1min with latch or seat belt! I don't have a TF but have both a MR and MA (classic and 70) and I prefer it over both of them for my guy. It is so light that I can even take it out of the car if he is sleeping and carry him inside!

Cover? Carrot cake or cherry pie? I love the orange, but am I looking for trouble with a light cover? (Keylime and strawberry shake are SO purdy, but prob too light!)

I think I'd prefer the carrot but my concern is easy staining (why I ruled out the strawberry and keylime) Also, it'll be next to a cranberry TF,

It lasted almost three years for my petite kid and a little over two for my giant torsed kid. I miss it terribly. I loved the look of the carrot cake but it did stain easily.

It's very similar in size to the original Britax Roundabout (40) so searching the archives for old threads on that might give you a bigger sample size.

My daughter is almost 2, and has about 1" of torso growth left on her Coccoro. She's about average height but with a long torso. I expect it will last another 6 months or so rear-facing. It's a great travel seat - we've traveled a lot since she was born - and a couple of times we have uninstalled it and carried it with her sleeping in it!

We have the Carrot Cake cover. Staining has not been an issue, but it does have pilling in the foot area.
