High back booster with longest back/head rest.

Hi all, I'm trying to find out if there is a high back booster with a head rest that extends significantly more than 22"
My daughter is only 8 years old but 138cm tall and has a sitting shoulder height Just short of 21" so her Maxi cosi Rodi XP is at the highest setting and nearly on her shoulders!
I would really like to keep her in a high back booster for at least another year but can't find anything with the extra inches 25" ish
If any one can recommend anything I would be very grateful.

The highest out there is 23". The safety 1st store n go and cosco pronto both have 23" belt guides.
