help picking seat

I want a back up seat for my youngest. Right now he's in a Combi Shuttle 35. Great seat, but it can only be used baseless to 22 pounds and he has a new cousin coming soon to pass it down to. His main seat is soon to be a Radian RXT and he'll stay RF in it until he outgrows it. Here's what I need...narrow to put in the middle of any average back seat and be able to put an adult on each side, pretty easy to install with a seat belt since most cars don't allow latch in the middle, fairly lightweight so its easy to move around, and rear face to fairly high limits or at least likely to last him RF to three years old. Baby is ten months, 20 pounds, and probably a little over 28 inches. He wears 6-9 months in both pants and onsies, but has an off the charts large head!! Bonus points if the seat doesn't cost an arm and a leg, but give me any options you can think of because I'm drawing a blank here!!

Graco clone.

Safety 1st Guide 65 would be another less expensive option but it can be kind of a PITA to install RFing. And takes up a lot of front to back room until he hits 22 lbs.

The Scenera NEXT might be good, too. Easier install than the Guide 65, and should get you to 3 RF. It'll be outgrown FF before RF, though.
