harness adjust on CCO

I just got out the CCO to put one of the girls in it and I can't get the harness adjuster to move. I'm pressing it where it says to press and its not moving at all. I bout it from albee baby this summer but the DOM is 6/10. If it really is stuck is there anything I can do?

You're trying to loosen the harness? And pressing on the orange button?

The first time I played with the seat it took me forever to figure it out. Then once I did, I was like, "duh!" From the way it LOOKS, it appears like you're supposed to press it down or something, but really it's more of a press down/back thing. It's really the same as the release lever on most seats, it just looks different.

So I guess my advice is to play around with it a bit. If it truly is broken, hopefully Combi will take care of it.

The orange button isn't moving at all. I can't see anything jammed in there, so I called Combi today. They are sending me a new seat in Cherry Pie and letting me keep my Strawberry Shake set since it's discontinued.
