Graco buckets and preemies

Which ones now have low slots and/or padding to fit a smaller baby? I don't actually need the lower weight limit, but I've had 3 babies that were too short for the snugride 22 front adjust (mfg 11/07) so I'd like to be ready for that possibility. The stroller I want (kinderwagon hop) takes a "Graco Snugride" model so I'm guessing that means any snugride will work?

I think the 22lb seats and the higher limit Graco buckets are different on bottom, but I'm not sure. So you'll have to clarify that with the stroller company.

I had a SnugRide35 which went down to 4lbs and had extra padding to fit a preemie quite well. DD ended up coming home at 7lbs, but she was very short and the slots were still below her shoulders. At the time, not all of the 35s went down to 4lbs. Not sure if that's changed, nor if the seats that don't go to 4lbs have the extra pillow.
