Frontier 90-Click tight not engaging on both sides

Today I noticed the frontier 90 was moving around way more than when I installed it. I went to open the click tight and noticed one moved freely and the other was hard and required some effort. I installed it again and noticed it was like that again. You can even see the difference in the gray tabs. I noticed the seat belt seemed to be in the way.

I installed again holding the seat belt to the side and made sure both of sides engaged. Its in tight again hopefully this was an easy fix. In the manual it just says a click confirms click tight is secure. I didn't even think to check that both sides engaged.

Mine has one side that's easier to push in, even when it's not installed. I didn't take that to indicate that the click-tight feature isn't engaged, though. I figured the release mechanism is a different function. My seat is rock-solid, though. It's weird that yours started moving. Curious to hear from others.

I will try uninstalled later on. The fact that it did engage leads me to believe it hadn't before. It was pretty loose, it would have been an unacceptable install. It was installed Thursday so it happened over 4 days.
