Can the headrest/harness be moved up a notch w/out taking the whole seat out of the car? I need to raise the harness for my dd, but it's a PITA to install and I was hoping to do it w/out unbuckling the seat.

How about the Blvd 70? I need to do the same for my son. Easier to put back in since his is LATCH. I would still love to do it w/out taking it out if possible.

The frontier depends on your car. If I undo the top tether I can move it up. The blvd should be no problem.

Same here. I just loosen the tether and slide my hand down to tighten.

I can change the height in my minivan by loosing the top tether, reclining the seat some and the sliding my hand between and then I can change the height. Push the recline thingy and set the recline back upright. Tighten the top tether and you should be good.
