Evenflo ProComfort Triumph opinions?

Hi everyone! I am hoping to maybe find some real world opinions on the Evenflo ProComfort Triumph (looks like it is maybe a Target exclusive).
Took the DH searching for new seats for his car yesterday. He was dead set on another My Ride to replace our expiring one, but he fell in love with the Evenflo ProComfort Triumph. The big selling points for him are the Gel material for comfort and the tension tightening.

Does anyone have real world experience with this specific seat? Or with the ProComfort materials or the tightening? I have been reading the reviews and everything looks great, but not sure how that translates. My only big concern is head slump when sleeping. I am spoiled by the MyRide.

A few details: DS is 2.5, but extremely tall (40") and FF, he will use seat until new baby due in Dec. outgrows infant seat and needs it (we have an extra Maestro). Vehicle is a 99 Windstar without latch, so that's not a factor, but lots of long trips, so comfort is important.

As much as I loved the Triumph, I don't think it would be a good choice for tall children if you want to RF past 2. It has a 37" rear facing height limit.

You might want to check out one of the Graco clones- they will last longer rear facing. Graco Size4Me, MySize, and Fit4Me are all the same basic seat. So is the Contender, but it has a flip recline base instead of a built in recline mechanism.

There's a blog on this very model...http://carseatblog.com/30136/evenflo-triumph-convertible-review-tried-and-true/
I've heard of head slump in both this seat and the MySize/Contender (which bummed me out, it looks reclined like the MyRide).
Not sure about the Graco 4Ever's propensity for head slump, but it's a really nice choice (easy install, lots of recline, super smooth adjusting, loads of legroom, low loading height) on sale this week at Babies R Us, so might be worth considering, as well.
Couldn't hurt to stick with the MyRide (a new one, I mean, not the old one) if you know it and love it for those long/sleepy trips and younger baby days.
