Does safety 1st (or dorel) make harness pads?

I'm kicking myself for not considering this when I bought the seat... my onboard does not have harness covers and baby is getting red marks on her neck. It didn't come with harness pads so I'm wondering if there are any I can use. Obviously not "aftermarket" brands...

Not sure if they do or not - but the infant seat I had didn't have them either, so I just always pulled the t-shirt or sleeper up the side of the neck so it was between the skin and the harness. Worked just fine (but harness covers would have been handy, I'll admit).

My Onboard Air comes with harness pads, so I would expect they would be safe to use with any Onboard infant seat. I don't know whether they'll sell you a set separately. I hope they do; my daughter used to spit up on hers a lot and if I ever use my infant seat again I'm going to want a spare set for when one is hanging up to dry!

If they don't I would just take a trip to the dollar store and buy some cheap fuzzy socks. Cut the toes off and then thread the harness through it. It's thin enough that it won't interfere with the harness but just enough of a liner to keep the strap from digging in to soft baby neck.
