Question Carseat recommendations for a tall 3.5 yo

Hello, I'm looking for recommendations for a new seat for our soon to be 4 yo. She is very tall, 42+" and weighs 44 lbs. We currently have a Clek Foonf that we love but are close to outgrowing.

Is she rear-facing or forward-facing?

If she is rear-facing and you want to keep her that way, you might try the Extend2Fit, although I don't know that it would buy you significantly more time. If she is already forward-facing (or you are ready to turn her FF with he next seat purchase), a Britax Frontier Clicktight will keep even the tallest/largest kids harnessed for a good long time.

By which dimension is she close to outgrowing it?

Depending on the length of her torso (seated shoulder height) she might not have very many choices. My son is 46" with a freakishly long torso and he only fits in an Evenflo SureRide and Britax Frontier. I can't imagine a kid at 42"+ would have much growing room in the Extend2Fit.

I used the Evenflo Sure Ride. My son was still 4 and 47" and 49 lbs.
If I had more space I'd go with Britax Frontier but we had a tight 3 in a row.
