I am looking to purchase a 2011 Suburban LTZ. I have two children ages 2yrs and 3 mths and both are still RF'ing. The 2nd row is captain seats and both will be seated there. My question is, is the third row safe for a car seat? Occasionally I pick up a friend and her son who is also 2 is obviously still in a car seat or if we decide to have more children?

My second question is, we use the peg prego 30 seat for my 3 month old and my 2 year old is in the peg perego 70 conv. Any tips or advice on a safe installation for this SUV? Im confused avout using the the teather while rear facing, I have read for the convertible seat that it isnt safe and then read that it is safe so im unsure how I should install it.

I really appreciate any advice, answers and tips! Thank you :)

The third row is fine for car seats I believe the 2011 only has one top tether back there though.

As for RF tethering your peg I believe your manual will tell you how to do it however if your front seats are power you may have a hard time finding a place to tether too.
