Booster help

I'm booster training my almost 5 year old (in August) in prep for going on vacation end of June. As previously recommended I got a vivo- as much as I want to love it, it rattles and makes me nuts. I also got a graco affix and it seems flimsy. He fits much better in the vivo. He is currently 39-40lbs clothed and 42.5 inches tall. He does have a fairly long torso. The seat will need to be in a 2008 crv and a 2013 Lexus rx. What other seats should I try? I would like something with longer/deeper head wings than the affix and deeper? Seat than the vivo.

What about just getting a Maestro and not worrying about it? My son would not have done well in a booster at that point.

The probooster fits my little 5 year old guy really well. He is 38lbs and 47" I think, he's all skin and bones and having him in this seat makes me feel really comfortable. So much side protection for a booster seat! My 6 year old is in a graco turbo now but I'm planning to buy her a probooster of her own as a primary seat

Does anyone have anymore input? Does the probooster rattle too? Is it latchable?

It's not latchable but I find it sturdy and am using pool noodles to give extra stability under the base, works great!

I've heard people compare the britax parkway sg to the graco tb, but I like it a lot better. I tried the graco hbb with safety surround and it felt really cheap. My 5 year old is 40 pounds and fits great in it. The parkway sgl has latch. I saw a couple tonight on nobetterdeal.com, just a heads up
