I got 23.5 inches for both the MyRide and Triumph shell height. Sorry for the picture quality- J was *not* happy that I put him in the MyRide when the Triumph was in my car- and when I put him in the EFT he would not get back out! I guess he prefers the Triumph. He also would not take his hood or sweatshirt off.

He wouldn't keep his head back for a picture, so this is my fingers showing where the top of his head would hit the seat. There is a little bit of cover that sticks up over the top of the shell, the shell itself stop slightly below the seam in the cover

Again, my fingers showing here the top of his head would hit the seat. The cover is very tight on the shell, so it's more of a true picture of how much room is left

Just a little update... So, we tried the MR ffing. Although it looks ridiculous to me, DD didn't complain. She did ask where to put her legs, bc she likes to sit cross-cross in the TF. I guess she found a comfy position, tho, bc she didn't mention it again. Then, she slept for 1.5 hrs! AND, she woke up in a good mood! She proclaimed the MR better for sleeping than all our other seats. The MR really hugs her and keeps her in a good position when she goes floppy in a deep sleep. So, I guess we can get by ffing her in the MR on long trips. Hopefully, she'll be less floppy by the time she outgrows it. I estimate she has .5-.75",left before her shoulder is even w the top slot.
