Best seat extra seat?

I need to buy a new seat for DS. He is going to kinder and will be staying Mondays with my SO's mom, while I attend a class. In my mom's car he rides in a Frontier 85. In my car he rides in a Frontier 90.

He is 45 lbs., 5 years and 10 months, and about 46" tall.

I would like a harnessed seat... preferably around 100-150 dollars. Must be easy to install and buckle.

What do you recommend?

In that price range I'd probably get a nautilus. Our nautilus is in DH's car. I figure he could install and uninstall it easily if he needs to.

Look at the Evenflo Securekid or the Evenflo Sureride/Titan65. The Securekid is a combo seat like the Frontier - harnesses up to 65lb and then can convert to a booster. The Sureride/Titan65 is a convertible with a 65lb FF weight limit and it actually has taller harness slots than the Securekid would. So it would potentially last longer harnessed but won't convert to a booster.

I'd definitely try him in the seats if possible to see how much room has has left in the harness (before his shoulders are level with the top slots). He's the same size as my 6.5yo and I haven't tried him in a harnessed seat since he turned 6 so I'm not sure how close to outgrowing some of those seats he might be.
