"Back up seat" for secondary car

I need some suggestions on a decent backup seat for a secondary car (well, truck actually) that 1. is super easy to use (inclu. no re-thred & easy install/uninstall) 2. that doesn't cost more than $200(ish) 3. that has head support/sidewings (not sure what that's really called?) 4. that could potentially be used for aircraft (not super important tho & would not be a deciding factor)
This also comes on the heels of needing to "dispose" of a used seat DH got for DS for his truck. I just missed the trade-in @ BRU.... that would have been perfect! I will NOT let DS ride in a used carseat & DH thinks I am nuts cuz it's "from a neighbor" & it's a Britax roundabout (rear max 35, FF 40?!) I think it's a 2009.... supposedly no accidents but it's beat up (seat cover is in need of serious wash & straps are gross!) I don't like it at ALL (ontop of the fact that it's used) it seems so flimsy & uncomfortable (there's no padding under the seat cover?!??!??)

I think the only seat that meets those criteria would be the Evenflo Symphony E3- but it wouldn't be easy for air travel. If you're willing to compromise on no re-thread or a seat not having headwings you'll have more options.

MyRide and Complete Air would be good options. You can also look at the Evenflo Triumph or Symphony and Safety 1st Guide 65. I don't know how high of a RF weight limit you need but the True Fit might work as well, but it has a 35 pound rear facing weight limit.
