Question 3 across in 2012 Prius

We currently have 2 Marathon 70 G3's outboard with the center seat open in my 2012 Prius. One FF (4 year old, 32 lb.) and one RF (1 year old). Is there a good option for a 3rd seat? We will be watching another child (4 year old, 35 lb.).

I wonder if a Harmony Defender would fit there? It's a combination seat, so it's starts as a harness, then becomes a booster. It's also quite narrow, and inexpensive.
