Question 3 across in 2011-2013 Mercedes GLK

Anyone do 3 across in one of these? We have 2 radian/diono seats in there already but can't seem to squeeze in a third...even a bubblebum booster. Husband can't seem to position radian/diono further on outboard seats because outboard seats are sort of bucket-ish and moving them further over would make the unstall slightly crooked (but still tight). Is that an ok solution (slightly tilted sideways install) so we can get the bubblebum to fit in the middle? Right now 7 yo dd can just barely squeeze her shoulders between the two radians but cant rest back flush against vehucle seat. And DH cannot get one of the radians to install in center so they must be both outboard.
Kids are 7, 5 & 3.

If you can find a good tech to teach you how to install in the middle using the seatbelt you should be ok. I feel like I've done a three across in a GLK, and it was tight but successful.

You will want the Radians on the 60 portion, and the booster on the 40.

Other radians are already seat belt installed outboard. Is there a trick to getting one outboard and one center that we can try ourselves instead of waiting for a tech appointment?

So when you are installing them on the outboard positions, the vehicle seats are kind of curved up on the sides, and if you move the carseat over to give more room to the center seat, it's causing a small tilt? Is that with the seatbelt install? I've found that I can usually correct that tilt pretty easily by tightening the belt well, as long as the upholstery is squishy enough. Have you tried that?

Yes in with belts outboard because of kids weight. Seats are leather so there's not a lot of squish there to accommodate for the bucket ish seat causing the tilt when shifting the seats a little more towards the door/off the center seat area of the outboard seats. Like a tech would use a noodle in the back of a seat can a towel or thin noodle be used to balance sideways to re move the side tilt?

No, you can never use anything underneath the seat itself for leveling purposes.

I think you're going to need a Tech to crawl in there with you and problem-solve. Have you been able to find a Tech or car seat clinic in your area?

I know a couple tech locations. It's just the timing of getting the appt bc it's DH's car and we havw to work around his work schedule. Guess I'll have to hope timing works out soon for all parties.
