Question 3 across Chevy Aveo

I am looking at a potential 3 across situation in my Mom's car. I need one rf convertible (options are unlimited), and I have 1 hbb (fisher price, replaceable) and a no back harmony booster. I am in Canada, so Canadian seats are necessary..
What are your experiences? What seats have you used successfully? It doesn't NEED to fit 3-across, she usually only travels with 2 kids at a time, but to not have to install/uninstall a convertible every time is a serious bonus.
The car is a 2005 chevy aveo hatchback.

What is the expiration date on the Fisher-Price booster?

And what are your kids' ages and sizes?

The FP hbb was man aug 2013. it is compliant.

Kids are 7yrs, 64lbs, size 7 shirt
5yrs, 45lbs, size 6shirt (long legs, shorter torso)
3yrs, 51lbs, size 6shirt, tank of a kid, wide torso like a football player
10months, 20lbs, 28inches, 9-12mo onesie.

Typically the 5&7yr old are in the car at the same time, and the 3yr old and baby are. The 3yr old and 5yr old could potentially share a seat, since they never ride together.
