2014 Toyota Tundra and LATCH

Hi - My husband bought a new Tundra last week and I'm trying to figure out how to use the LATCH in the truck (I guess I could just look at the manual, but this is easier at the moment).
I have 2 Graco Nautilus that I prefer to use the LATCH on b/c I personally can get them tighter than if I use the seatbelt. When we went to pick up the truck on Friday, I went to move the seats over and I did not see an anchor point for the top buckle. In his old truck (2012 Tacoma), the back seats folded down and the connector was there. These seats don't fold down. There's a fabric loop on top of the seat - but that doesn't do anything, whereas those pulled the seats down on the other truck. Is this the anchor point? Is the anchor point required? (I've always assumed it was!). I ended up using the seatbelts to install them - he tried to get them as tight as possible.
Thanks in advance!

As bubba said, yes, that's your tether anchor point. And you do need to confirm with your manual how to use. Often in trucks you route through the one directly behind the seat and attach to the next one.

To answer your question is it's required...it's definitely recommended that you use the top tether when forward facing if you have one available. And you can use the top tether whether you're doing a seat belt or a lower LATCH anchor installation.
