2009 Evenflo Symphony

Does anyone know if I can replace the harness straps from my 2009 Evenflo Symphony with a set of new ones. The plastic part on the new ones looks to be more comfortable (the plastic is smaller so it won't dig in as bad). Also, are there any types of limits for using the head and body pillows? I just sent an email to Evenflo, but I thought I'd check here to get quicker answers. :)

Here's the response from Evenflo in case any one ever has the same question(s).

"I am sorry; the harness is not a replaceable part of the seat. I apologize for your inconvenience." :mad:

"The body and head pillow are to be used rear facing only."

Didn't specify any other limitations so I'm assuming there are no weight/height limitations.
