I was looking for a Mac Volo but I came across a new Mac Quest for $159 (2007).

Is that a good price or would you go for the standard $99-120 for a 2009 Mac Volo?

It depends on if you'd ever utilize the features of the Quest, but I'd go for the Quest. IIRC, the seat pad is removable for washing, and the Volo's isn't. The Quest also has recline options and the Volo doesn't.

We just bought the volo at bru for $8?.?? (cant remember exactly) and we like it so far. Granted we haven't had the chance to try it out of the house yet. I thought they looked very similar when comparing the two in the store. Since my tot is almost 2.5 yrs old, the recline feature of the quest wasn't needed and neither was the adjustable leg rest. I think it has that. I thought the canopy was more generous on the volo and the back seemed to be higher so it supported my sons head better. If this is for a baby or young toddler I would probably go with the maclarens with the recline feature.

I got a 2008 Turkish Blue Mod for less than that last year around this time. Keep looking, you'll find a good price ;)

ETA: If you are looking at buying from Babydealz they are NOT an authorized dealer, MacLaren will not handle those strollers. If you buy from anywhere else a 2008 or 2009 than you can get the sovereign lifetime warranty on their website.

I bought mine around Valentines day last year and got a great deal $140 for the same stroller Babydealz wants $159 for now. The new patterns are coming out soon and the old go on deep discount. So if you are not in a hurry you may want to wait a few weeks :)
