2006 Pilot question

I posted about this in Carseat chat awhile back, but I've had no luck fixing it, so maybe someone w/ the same car has had a similar issue?
2nd row, passenger side seat belt, shoulder portion. The seat belt ("male end", I guess), is on the belt backwards. I can't get it flipped back the right way. Dh can't, has decided it must be "impossible" (even though it had to have gotten flipped the wrong way at some point). Is this some difficulty specific to Honda belts? Any advice for getting it flipped back? Do I just need to be more patient when trying to flip it back?
Thanks!

That happened to my sister's pilot as well. She bought it used and it was already like that. I fiddled with it for a long time before I finally got it turned around. I folded the seatbelt over itself but over a long portion of belt so I had to force the male end nearly the whole length of the webbing. It was possible but far from easy.

Ugh! My kids do this to both sides of the seat belts all the freaking time. It drives me insane! I don't know how they get them backwards so easily.

To flip it back, you have to fold the belt in half diagonally and force it through the latch plate. It's easier if you slide the latch plate to the top of the belt (pull it out of the retractor to get it to lock) then use the leverage to slide it down while it's folded. Just like the PP said. It's a PITA but can be done.
