2001 Chevy benture top tether

Can somebody check their LATCH manual for me, pretty please? I'm wondering if I can use the third row top tether anchor with a seat on the passenger side. I have a 3-seat bench with 1 top tether, sorta in the middle but off to the side. Thanks.

Is yours a 50/50 seat or stowable? It sounds like stowable, with the center TA on the back of the seat, passenger side of crossbar? It says no outboard TA, and there is no note about using the center for other seating locations, so I think that is a no.
Did you know about the recall on the latch anchors for model year 2001? The diameter might be too large, dealer will inspect and replace.

I had the same van and made the parental choice to use the ta for the passenger seat. Then angle was no different than if it was used center.
