Question 15 passenger van & RF Radian 65

Car seat question.... Yesterday I installed my Radian RF behind the driver seat in my new 15 passenger van, after a buckled the seat belt it jammed up and I can't get it unbuckled, I managed to get the locking clip on the belt (non locking belts) , but if I remove the Angle adjuster it moves about 1.25" side to side, with the AA it doesn't move at all, is it OK to use it?

What van, and what year?

The AA changes the geometry of the install, so your install could be just fine with the adjuster. Here are the instructions for the adjuster:

Are you able to get a good install without the AA if you tighten the belt? Just curious.

I'm asking which vehicle you have because I have a Chevy Express (same as GMC Savanna) and the Radian is totally incompatible with the outboard seatbelts as far as I can tell.

ETA: Nevermind, I re-read your post and realized what you're talking about. If your buckle isn't funtioning properly, I wouldn't trust it.

It's a 1995 Ford E350 Econoline
I had the Radian RF in the center of the 3rd row before with no problem

My 12 passenger Ford is much newer, so this may not help, but twisting the buckle stalk can do amazing things when installing a radian.
