car seat emergency sticker

I was searching threads (on another site) and read a post where someone mentioned having an emergency contact sticker on her car seat. I am embarrassed to admit that I have thought about putting emergency contact info on my son's car seat 1,000 times, but have never done it.

Does anyone know about this stickers and where I could get them?

These are the ones we give out at checks. We give out as many as parents need. If you need a couple I can get them at the next check and send them to you.

The hospital I had my middle at gave them out, it was the WHALE program.

They come with stickers for the car and ID stickers for the seats.

A dad at the check Jools & I did last weekend had a neat idea instead of the stickers. He laminated an index card with the emergency info on it and used one of those silicon luggage bungee things to attach it to the car seat. Before it's not permanent, when the child moves to a new seat, the card goes with her.

The the Radians! Very cool! Ok, getting a lot of PMs. Just so everyone knows, I have checked my tech kit and do not have the stickers with me. They are 1,000 miles away, at home. I will work on sending out when I get home, at the end of next week. See, I usually have just one tech kit. Well, I quickly threw together one for the truck to day before we left of vacation. oops
