Dilema w/ MR...

So I love the MyRide I purchased on 7/31 but was concerned w/ all the reports of the harness adjuster fraying/fuzzing. So, for probably 50% of the time, I remove dd from harness w/o loosening it. Well....the harness adjuster is fuzzing. Took a look at the GN I've had since Oct 08 and it's just as fuzzy. There is no fraying yet, but if the MR is like that after about 2 weeks of use (not even every day in car), I'm concerned w/ how well it will hold up over a longer time. Tried calling Graco this AM - message said they were in training until 1:30 est. I called back at 3:00 est and was told there was high call volume and they hung up on me. Should I just get a refund? I doubt a replacement seat will change anything if they haven't made any sudden changes in design. I still have my MA which dd still fits for rear-facing (33 limit - she's 28 lbs), but I don't have the extra $$ to add to it to get a Radian (not interested in the CA since my kids are chunky). I suppose I could save the $150 refund and add to it to get a Radian when she outgrows MA rfing... Should I contact Graco and get a refund? replacement seat? new adjuster strap? TIA!

Yeah..totally up to you. I got a refund, and then bought a different cover mr65, but A was uncomfortable in it. It left red marks on his back from rubbing it where the foam ends :( So, I returned that one to the store for a refund.
