Alright, well, I'm tired of feeling so stressed out & decided to cheer myself up ~ thought y'all might appreciate what I came up with....
When my SO came up here we decided not to drive down to NYC afterall: just got a hotel room & enjoyed the spa, pool, room service etc
It was nice, we convinced ourselves we were on vacation, LOL
But, this was in the city where his house is, further north near the Adirondack Mountains. I've been rather miserable staying with my parents here again, but I'd forgotten how FRUSTRATING the non/misuse of carseats is up in that city!
Every child I saw under 7 was without booster & every child under 4 was also only in seatbelt I was on the phone with 911 repeatedly over the course of just 1 weekend!
Sooooo, today I'm happy to be back in my small town where I've actually noticed Britax Regents etc. *WHEW* It's just a relief to know the majority of parents here are TRYING....
I'm also glad that I've gotten perfect scores on some of my college exams!!! =) =) =) =) =)
