I am having issues with my 2 True fits so Learning Curve is replacing them but I need to send my current ones back at my cost. What is the cheapest way to send them from Alberta to Ontario?

Are they being shipped in the original boxes? Canada Post is usually the cheapest, but once you get up there in weight, then they may not be the cheapest anymore. If you get the dimensions and weight of the boxes then you can do some price comparisons between UPS, Purolator, and Canada Post. If you're near a major center, you can also include Greyhound too I'm guessing - they may be quite comparable?

Do you mind me asking what the problem is that you're having?

One of them has a run in the middle of Latch strap, I was hoping to just replace the strap but that can not be done. The newer TF I have has the labels coming off of the cover, as well as the splitter plate keeps getting mangled up in the exposed screw area of the crotch strap adjuster. The adjuster strap on the newer one is also very peach fuzzy-it won't be long before it actually frays. These seats have not had a lot of use to have thses issues.
I have the TRU Aurora carseats and the were going to send me the Blue Aurora until I reminded them I was in Canada and needed Canadian certified seats. I am assuming they will be in boxes when they come so I will put the old seats in those to send back. I hope they send me recent manufactured seats since I will be out some money.

I think it's pretty crappy that they're making you pay for shipping on seats that are still under warranty and are defective.

Have you tried talking to a different customer service rep?

I agree... they should be eating the shipping costs... not you. Talk to someone else and go higher up if need be, thats BS.

Yeah, I would talk to them again and see if they'll pay for the shipping. I wouldn't worry about the fuzz on the adjuster strap. Most of the seats I've had have had adjuster straps fuzz with nothing further. When I had my MA the adjuster strap actually did start to get some pulls in it and looked quite bad along the edge in a spot, but it never got worse than that. (I had a replacement adjuster strap sent to me before the warranty expired just in case, but I never needed to use it.)

So anyways, just saying I wouldn't worry about the fuzzing if it happens again in the new seats. What was the DOM on the seats you bought from TRU?
