Which lasts longer RF? MA or EFTA

I'm thinking about trying to buy one of the seats that my friend is selling. My little guy is currently riding in a titan and he only has about 2" to go before he outgrows it rear facing. She has a marathon and the EFTA. Of the 2 which one would last longer rear facing?

thanks,
Christine

I am pretty sure it's about the same height wise. The EFTA may even be slightly taller but I'm not 100% on that

Also, the EFTA would have a 35 pound RF weight limit. If the MA is older than about February/March 2008, it would only have a 33 pound RF weight limit. I think it was about February/March 2008 when the change to 35 pounds RF happened for the MA.

The MA has a dom of 11/24/08, I'm pretty sure they are both 35# rf.

I think the EFTA does have a slightly taller shell than the MA. My 3 year old has plenty of room in the EFTA, but is getting close to outgrowing the MA by height.

The EFTA should last longer RF height-wise. It also has more leg room. But the MA can be tethered and doesn't take up as much room width-wise.

The EFTA is a bit taller.

She's sitting wonky in the MA, but she outgrew that about 6 months before the EFTA.

Wow, thanks for the feedback and the pics. Hopefully I can talk my friend into letting me pay her a little at a time on the seat. I really don't want to ff my little guy because he outgrew his seat.
