Can you measure the slots? what do you get for them. What do you get as your child's torso and where do they fit?
Also how old and how much do they weigh and what vehicle and method is it installed with?

Sorry for all the info but Im interested in this seat for someone.

Jennifer (thepeach80) and I had this discussion a few months ago. We got different measurements for the harness slots. I measured mine when it was installed RF in DH's car, and she measured hers when it was either FF in her vehicle or on the floor in her house.

These aren't totally exact, but I got 8", 10", and 12" for the bottom three slanted slots. And I got 15" and 18" for the top two horizontal slots. I have no clue what my son's torso length is, but we just moved him from the 2nd to the 3rd slots. However, the 3rd slots are above his shoulders a little once he settles into the seat. But if I keep the harness straps in the 2nd slots, then it's so far below his shoulders, it makes it hard to tighten and the straps seem to slide off his shoulders more. So, I'm made a parental decision to keep his straps in the 3rd slots, even though they are higher than his shoulders and he's RF. He is is in the Radian so rarely in DH's car that I'm just not too worried about it.

I have this seat that is installed FFing in the middle row of our land rover discorvery, and somethimes out board latch installed, dd torso is in the bottem siggy, she's on the thrid slots from the bottem (second down) and has about .5 - .25 inches before she's even with them and then they will need moved up to the last row and still has 3 more inches before that top slot would be out grown. HTH let me know if you need more info, i'm not able to go out and measure them tonight...

That's what I have w/ no seat compression. AJ's torso is about 15" though and he needs the top slots barely w/ about 2.5-3" left.

See, even by Jennifer's measurements, AJ should only have 2 inches of torso growth left, but when he's in the seat he has more. That's why I always tell people the Radian's top slots offer about an inch more torso growing room over the Britax 65# convertibles, even though by MEASUREMENTS they seem comparable.

Hayley is too tall for a Marathon now but would have about an inch in the Radian.
