Question mystery Graco convertible

Hello!

I'd really appreciate your help. I live in Brazil and use a Britax First Class (RF to 30 lbs) for my son. He weighs about 24 lbs.

I'm going to visit my mom in the US next month and she has a Graco convertible installed in her car that my nephew sometimes uses. She said my son could use it during our visit, but she bought it around 4 yrs ago and has since lost the manual. I begged and begged and she finally took it out, flipped it over and found some info on the bottom:

Graco Euro 0120A
LAPC0 114A 118A
On the outside it has URO

The problem is I can't find a manual based on this data. There's nothing on the Graco site.

My mom *thinks* it's RFing to 20 lbs and FFing to 40 lbs, but I need to be sure. Does anyone know how I can find a manual online for this car seat? Believe me, I have tried. I'm starting to think that she copied down the wrong info from the seat bottom, bc this doesn't look like any Graco model numbers I've found so far. I emailed Graco with this info but am still waiting for a definitive answer from them.

Any ideas would be most appreciated!

If it is not expired, then it is most likely the Graco Comfortsport. Graco hasn't made any other convertible recently besides the new MyRide.

Also - she said she bought it 4 years ago - but was it purchased NEW ?
Or from a 2nd-hand location (thrift store, garage sale, etc) ?

If you can't get an answer before you go, maybe you could arrange for your mom to buy a new seat that you'll have the manuals, etc. for and know how it is supposed to be used? This situation would make me very nervous.

When my DD was born in 2004 Euro was one of the patterns out... it was gray with yellow, if I recall correctly. It was a bucket or travel system... Don't remember a convertible. It was sold at Sears and some other places.

This is the pattern but all I see with a google search are infant seats...

I did find a Chicago craigslist ad for a Graco Euro Comfortsport but the listing expired, so I am guessing it's a Comfort Sport.

And Bem-Vindos! My husband is from Porto Alegre.

Hi, I think what she has is also the Graco Euro Infant Bucket seat. I have one and just went to go check to see if I could still see any labels on it since it has been exposed to the weather. I have one tag on it that has the LAPCO but I can't make out the numbers on it. I know they made a couple of patterns with the Euro name, but can you see if she can tell you what the cover looks like or the colors of it? Mine expires this December, but the straps were fraying so I went ahead and took it apart so it can be destroyed. If I remember correctly the Euro's only RF to 20lbs.
