best deal on High back turbo booster?

I want to pick up a sear for FIL to use in his truck for DS -- He is almost 6 and 52 lbs -- I plan to pick up a high back turbo booster (for the 1-2 times a month he rides with them)

In our van he rides in a Regent - so i do know how much safer he is in that. ;)

where is the best deal on High back turbo booster right now?

I got dinos in a line TB at Kmart yesterday for $59.99. It wasn't on sale, but I figured with the new law going into effect, if I wanted it I should get it while it's still around! It's a little more padded, unlike the one I got at Target, which was the pink hearts one.

the one from Kmart is super cute -- I know it often goes on sale for around $40 - just wasn't sure when it would be on sale again

(meaning not sure when they will have good deal again)

the Kmart cover (which is really cute) is called Lizards in Line (if you want to look it up) and it goes on sale regularly for $39.99. it's not supposedly one of the "gracopedic foam" models--but it has a LOT more padding than some of the other TBs I've seen--I don't know why. It's quite cushy. Since I started shopping for them 3 months ago (as backups for DH's & Grandma's cars & for occasional playdates) they've been on sale 2x at Kmart. I've bought 3 :D

the blue one at Target goes on sale for the same price, fairly often, but I returned those ones after I found the LIL one at Kmart, which is much nicer (more padding, better fabric) IMHO.
