Part # for TT anchor in 97 Buick Century

IL's 97 Buick needs top tethers, the local dealership doesn't know the part # to order. Anybody??? I'm in the US.

GM doesn't publish their part numbers. All we have is that under Technical Service Bulletin 99-09-40-004a (April 12, 2005) they'll install one TA free of charge in most pre-1999 vehicles.

Thank you, I think I'll go into the Buick dealer here in town and see what they can do, DH's uncle is a mechanic and I know both he and FIL could install them easily (I need two as we're about to turn DS who's inching his way up to 33 lbs).
