Nervous about Rental Car with Clek?

We will be renting a car from National, so probably Chrysler brand, Next week. My 8 yo dd really wants to take her Clek Olli. I have only used it in Ford. Are there reports of it not fitting in certain vehicles or am I worrying for nothing? I know that I do not have to use the latch but still..

Really, don't worry. Worse comes to worst you can shove the LATCHes down into the bight, we have to do that all the time. It won't be latched, but she'll be happily comfy in her well padded seat with great armrests, versus bringing a cheaper less comfy seat that wouldn't even have the option to LATCH, make sense?

Thanks! I just needed someone to tell me that it would be OK. My husband gets so tired of my obsession and it will be my son's first trip without a booster and that is stressing me out as well, he is 11.

I used to think the stress of taking 2 car seats on an airplane was a big deal but taking practically nothing is causing me huge anxiety!

It will fit fine in a Taurus, Hyundai Sonata, Pontiac Grand Prix, and whatever car my grandma has, some kind of tiny suv, I think it's a KIA.

I was under the impression that LATCH is a standard distance so this fits any LATCH right? Otherwise, like PP said, it will scootch into the bight of the seat, I've done that too. I try it in everything I find
